The Google Street View, dating back to November 2022, shows a vacant lot with little to no indication of an upcoming housing development. 

Now, compare that with Hivemapper imagery taken three weeks ago.

We also see the first reference building for the housing development, which means realtors will soon be able to update their listings to incorporate actual home images versus digital renderings.
